Founded in 1976, Hastings International and Comparative Law Review (HICLR) is one of the first law journals in the country dedicated exclusively to legal discourse on the most pressing international and comparative legal issues. As a resource for both academics and practitioners, HICLR provides a forum for exchanging ideas on public and private international law. The journal is published two times a year and welcomes submissions from around the world. Recent topics of discussion in the journal include Religious Rights and Women’s Rights in Africa, the burden of proof in International commercial arbitration, international trade, and refugee rights.
